Another classic Cartoon Network bumper I remember as well as the one with Eddy and Captain Planet, is the one where Dexter and Velma. It was pretty cute seeing Dexter develop what seems to be this wholesome bond with another nerdy character on the network, Velma from Scooby Doo, after feeling lonely when Mandark told him he'll be on a date....too bad it ends with Dexter being cucked by Johnny Bravo...But hey, Straight Outta Nowhere gave us that cute visual gag of Courage dressed up as Velma so....maybe that could cheer him up a bit.
