As other said, great work and the detail and shading, apart from the inconsistent lighting. You did take the direction of light into account on the bubbles and jellyfish, you just have to keep in mind to do that in the whole image.

this picture is high detailed, I like the texture on the plants and stones. The sun rays give a nice effect to this picture too! 8D you did some jellyfish in there! YAY! ;D
you could have stuck at the light source, like the armor (is that the right expression? XD) of the turtle looks like as if the light's coming from above - and not from the top right like the rays.
Maybe the sea ground behind the two stones at the front looks a bit empty too.
Just made two suggestions you could think about in the next picture if you want to. It's still awesome though!

I added those rays lastly because sea looked so empty without them; that's why they don't perfecty match with other lights and shades. (Excuses, excuses...
That other thing you pointed out is also very useful thing to notice next time.

I think you should try to color this, digitally or traditionally, some warm sea colors would fo it justice ^^

Coloring digitally could work but I think this is too dark and shaded for colored pencils... Let's see if I get some inspiration to continue working with this!
