I'm just not getting it. The lines are confusing me for some evil reason. Been practicing this for a while and it feels pointless. No complaints against your tutorial, it's just me. It won't sink in. It's like the message stops at my eyes and won't register to my brain. If you can't grasp perspective are there any alternatives?

alternatives? eh
just copy what you see exactly then ...
normally everything you see has perspective in it, it's what creates the depth in things
if you draw the lines as you see them, positioned in the same way to each other both in reality and on your paper, ... hmm, i'm confusing even myself here, I quit
can always try 2D images?

Ha ha thanks. Sorry if I sounded like a grump, just want to understand it and make it look presentable. They alwyas seem to come out flat looking. I have been sketching perspectives all week until I get the hang of it.

np, there's siply perspective in nearly all things, some you don't even recognize as perspective like a ball or round shapes
nothing wrong with 2D though
