Hmm, this could be a confused dream Twilight had after that episode, brought on by severe lack of sleep. Maybe the pizza clock is from a certain painting that she could have seen in the Canterlot library? Obviously she had takeout pizza because she and spike were too tired to cook. And of course, she has a secret desire to be a hamster, thus the littler Twilight. Oh, and Dr. Hooves must have talked with her behind the scenes about being more careful with time travel. The bunny is there because it can.

That's a very nice drawing.
I see the Tardis, Derpy, a Salvador Dali reference, the flux capacitor, and the use of the clock motif around the table is very creative.
But no sign of Princess Twilight, who is her actual future (and now present) self.
