This is absolutely gorgeous. I love the sort of tunnel effect you did with the rainboom and the vibrancy of the colors. And the hand coloring gives it all an unique look that all the digital art just doesn't have. I rarely feel compelled to comment on stuff but there's something special about this one.
And of course, your title is fantastic. Brilliant work, and thank you!

It was actually supposed to be one sonic rainboom ring with few waves, but I think it really works better if you think of it as 3 waves one after another creating tunnel effect

Your colour-blending is what drew my eyes first and foremost. The transitions between the colours is nicely smooth in most places. I can see a few areas here and there that look like you coloured inversely as opposed to completely around the circumference toward the centre, but it's still pretty nice.
Dash and Scoots look pretty great in general; expressions, proportions, shading and shadows are all pretty great. I can't help but wonder if Scoots is tearing up either from pure joy or just the wind whipping her in the face at such high velocity.
