It is my shot, obviously I do find this usable at least for me and apparently, by the comments, others feel the same way. Just because it does not fit your style does not mean its ugly and a pain.
This is a minimal theme. Similar concept has been done and used before on other systems.

Well nothing is flawed. This shot just used resources from a few other themes that I do not have permission for so I have been working on my own in the meantime. Otherwise, I would've already released it. I was planning to include a leopard release along with snow if time provides but themepark 3 is a buggy on snow so who knows.

So it seems that from this shot and the Liscio theme that you've figured out how to get rid of the black line on the bottom of the menubar. Is this from SArtFile or elsewhere? Also, I was trying to replicate this menubar by using geektool, but even though my menubar is transparent, the geektool window/image doesn't sort under the text properly. Any help would be appreciated. Looks gorgeous

BTW: Both GerritVO and myself have specifically agreed on not giving permissions to release any theme modifications. So you can not release this Theme or Resources.

I only used a few elements from void, everything else is all created without using other themes, and they will not be released with the theme since I do understand yours and gerrit's policy. Thank you.

Sorry but this is clearly a VOID clone/remake. If you release this, is this theme definite a rip.

First of all, this is not the final preview of the theme. Second, this is minimalism, just because things may look similar does not mean they are ripped. All that is showing from void is the scrollbar in this shot which already looks horrible in leopard on different color backgrounds except for white, so obviously that will be changed. Third, I am making my own resources for release as I had already stated.
