Description
I've decided to start refining some of my older Powered Ups - giving them backgrounds, adjusting shading/colour, redoing certain lineart, etc.This is a refinement of CosmoMan Powered Up ! - a piece of artwork I did in the past.

EDIT: Revised it again, making the head and ear globes more transparent and using a more detailed galaxy background. Also fixed the crystal on his head - looked a little weird.
