It was a beautiful day today, and I was able to balance off enjoying the weather with finishing off a project I intended to continue my progress of getting back to normal here on DA. So far, so decent. But I still enjoyed the outcome of this.
In response to and 's recent slew of scene-encompassing murals, I decided to dedicate a whole page to a scene and cranked out this fun ode to summer (on an unbelievably perfect March day no less), which had a span of over a week in terms of development from sketch to this.
Like their pics, I decided to throw in more than just nearly my entire cast for this one (including a few that are waiting in the wings for their debut stories). Some of my characters are pretty easilt recognizable, while some others you may need to go back a bit to see where they come from (I'll spare you and say the blond guy up front, the giraffe and the dude with the fu manchu are new)! So enjoy a little extra, and !
The above list of artist have a character that belongs to them here. The gravel pattern belongs to and can be found here: [link] The title was used from the hit song by Sly & The Family Stone. The rest of the characters and the artwork belong to me.

SORRY it took so long to see this...Ive been such a loser on here as of late..need more time to play and less time to work..HEH..dont figure on that happening anytime soon.
BUT..anyhoo..I myself was enjoying your weather this week, went to Nantasket on Thursday..have NEVER enjoyed a day in March so much in my LIFE..a GREAT pic to commemorate another such great day...THANKS soo much for including the boy in this..

this is what the UK has been looking like but swimming may not be much though. Yet, it is usually cold rain during summer, so much for sweating like a pig in class.
I love how your characters are in this. I should try doing this, if I get the chance.

Indeed, it's been a record-setting week, which has felt like summer all week long. I'm not complaining at all (for now), so I'll enjoy the warmth while I can.

it is not really warm here, but that is Britain for you. I actually dislike hot weather as migraines and not good for my computers at all, even for my iMac. Guess I'm not really an outdoor person.
I feel the same way, I only accomplished one full drawing. Maybe I do so much at uni and that I find dA less thrilling, my motivation has been too low. I also procrastinate.
