Description
The previous ID may not have been around for too long, but there were little details in it that just drove me nuts to the point that I wanted a new ID. And here you have it!
Really not too much else to say, still attempting hard shading and so far so-so.

I've got to ask the question though, since it tends to be a point of accuracy with cartoonist self-portraits: Do you really hold your pencil like that?

You made a very good point which has since been amended! I use the pencil in the normal between-the-thumb-and-index finger way. That would have been one of those little flubs that would have bugged me later on!

Oh noooo I'm sorry I was the one tha made you go and change it! I wasn't trying to be pedantic either I genuinely wondered if you hel it that way. I've seen poor artists criticised for the way they hold their pencil when frankly that's the least of their problems; I actually hold mine strangely but I've always felt more in control that way.
But hey! A lot of people wouldn't have gone back and made the change so good on you!

If it works for you and it's not hurting anyone (though I'm not sure that would apply to pencil-holding!), then more power to ya! 
And I still had the pic up at that time, so it was easy to edit for once!
