Finally I post something =_=.The design that sonic is wearing is for my story Lost Hero~ (kind of looks like a cop outfit)
In my story sonic is the leader of a group called "Sonic crew" which is one his shirt "SC".
sonic also have baton on his back.

Thanks! Sonic cop team is like S.W.A.T. He also trains/recruits new freedom fighter that consist of speed, power and flying. I've been meaning to draw a short comic about his work environment. but yeah hope that answers your question
