It doesn't include all the characters from the trilogy. It's missing the two agents you mentioned (Jackson and Thompson), the Architect, Captain Maphoonie, Commander Lock, Captain Niobe, Link, Tank, Z, Sati, the Sentinels, the Keymaker, the Trainman, that spoon kid from the first movie, Dozer, any of the werewolves or vampires, Mouse, Kid, A-pac, Switch, Bane, and many others.

It still confuses me that people think I've included ALL the characters.
