Install the data folder to your DAZ3D library and check out the Pose Controls on your G8F.Β You'll find a BRAND NEW G3F Pose section containing a full body ERC pose dial to automatically transpose your G8F's arms and legs to match G3F. With this dial on, ALL G3F POSES WORK AUTOMATICALLY. No fiddling, no fuss, NO SCRIPTS.
But wait, THERE'S MORE!
Most G3F to G8F pose conversion products only account for the base adjustment. Because G8F has different rigging in her legs, poses with extreme thigh bends DON'T WORK RIGHT. In addition to the base adjustment, this has special JCMs that AUTOMATICALLY dial in adjustments when the thighs are bent.

Maybe the full body adjustment is too much for you. Maybe you like to build your poses from both G3F and G8F material. No problem! Each arm and leg has a separate fix dial for all your kitbashing desires.

Just followed Aeon's twitter link to this. Works really nice. It's a bit further off than Zev0's pose converter, but a lot more comfortable when using smart content and browsing poses

The main difference between mine and Zev0's is that mine dials in appropriate leg rotations for bent legs. This makes almost all leg poses match better, especially characters bending over, but some poses with extreme bends and rotation/side-side combinations may not play nicely with the adjustment (those don't play too nicely with any converter). If you are finding problems caused by the rotation adjustment you can actually turn off the leg rotations in the converter and the results should match Zev0's almost exactly.
The leg rotations will be in the same G3F Pose section, but you have to show hidden to see them. Then just dial them to 0.

A full suite of pose conversions;
V4->G->G2F->G3F->G8FΒ
G8F->G3F->G2F->G->V4
M4->G->G2M->G3M->G8M

And I have I mentioned that pose converters suck...Β YOURS ROCKS.

Unfortunately I can only do G3 to G8 and back with this method; it relies on the figures having the same bones so poses can be applied directly with no fuss. If I did other generations it would have to be a standard converter, which yes, sucks.
If I could do the rest of the generations this way I'd be all over that.
