HELL YEAH!Why is this the World's Greatest G3F to G8F pose converter? It's automatic!
Install the data folder to your DAZ3D library and check out the Pose Controls on your G8F. You'll find a BRAND NEW G3F Pose section containing a full body ERC pose dial to automatically transpose your G8F's arms and legs to match G3F. With this dial on, ALL G3F POSES WORK AUTOMATICALLY. No fiddling, no fuss, NO SCRIPTS.
But wait, THERE'S MORE!
Most G3F to G8F pose conversion products only account for the base adjustment. Because G8F has different rigging in her legs, poses with extreme thigh bends DON'T WORK RIGHT. In addition to the base adjustment, this has special JCMs that AUTOMATICALLY dial in adjustments when the thighs are bent.

Maybe the full body adjustment is too much for you. Maybe you like to build your poses from both G3F and G8F material. No problem! Each arm and leg has a separate fix dial for all your kitbashing desires.

Unfortunately not. This process can work between G3 and G8 because they have the same bones, so poses from one figure can apply directly to the other without losing information, and then the joints can be adjusted automatically. But between G2 and G3 there are different bones.

Thank you so much for this! Wish there was one from Generation 3 and Generation 4 to G3M/F and/or G8M/F, I have so many amazing poses for David 3, Hiro 3, Freak 3, and Michael 4, Hiro 4 that could be ported to the new figures.
This will help with tons of conversions, if there is any way to commission you to write a script to take the earlier figures to G3M/F and G8M/F let me know, I'd be very interested if you could pull that off!

If you get a 404 Error, simply refresh the screen with F5 and the downloads will work - seems to be a quirk with DA.
