Dear friends,I'm getting close to getting a basic animation rig going for the 3D Animaniacs model I'm making, currently created to look like May
Here's a basic preview of how things are working out.As for other improvements, I added a chin to the face and corrected some face geometry in addition to that.
I most likely need to move the knee a little bit down and tweak the armature in many places, so consider this still an early WIP.
More tweaks and updates will follow later.Hope you enjoy it, my friends!
Everything is modeled, animated and rendered in Blender v2.70a. Converted to Flash SWF format using FFmpeg.

this model is really cute omg, but besides that, i really like what you're doing with the 3D. if you keep it up i'm sure you'll have a very neat, original style that stands out from the rest of the animaniacs community

Yep, basically you create a skeleton and then join it to the model and it bends according to how the skeleton would bend, it's pretty cool

sounds really cool!
there's also some program where you can take your model and you can tell the computer what fur color textures or fur or hair or anything likethat,and it actually grows the hair on your model!

Hehe you can do that in Blender too (you can add fur, hair, clothing, etc.)
