Fourth of July fireworks display in San Diego, California. First time shooting fireworks and really working with longer exposures. I was pretty excited

I was very lucky that I was able to compose this the way I did. As soon as I saw the location, I knew I wanted to have the bursts fill a good portion of the frame while still being able to fit their reflections in the water without having to crop. But owning only one lens, having an extremely limited selection of space with a view of the show, and not even knowing where or how big the bursts were going to be, I had no idea if I would even be able to get a shot of anything.
