Description

This is another concept character from one of my writing projects (with the working title of 'The Meld'). I loved drawing the character herself, but I don't have a name for her. I drew this because I really, really wanted to try drawing a character with prosthetics. As far as in-world lore, her prosthetics are among the best that money can buy in this world, and I like to think this was a promotional image for the prosthetics or something. Again, she is a member of the Sahali race, which is one of three races in the Reborn City (the bad-looking city you can see in the background). I would draw one of the others, but I just really love the Sahali.

This took me two months to draw, and quite frankly, it was difficult, and frustrating. I LOVE how the character herself turned out, but I'm really frustrated with the background, and the lighting was extremely difficult. But it's the first time I've drawn something as complex as this, so credit where it's due I suppose. Still, it's gonna be a while before I do any sort of complex background again.
