I haven't read the manga, and I will only borrow it when I get interested, because I prefer watching over reading, and if I were to buy that series, it would cost me over 300 bucks(NO-WAY!). As for Brotherhood I'll wait when itβs completed in English.
My knowledge for this character all derive from the original series. At first I thought I was gonna not like her for being a despicable villain, but her development in the story made me love her as one my favs in this series instead. It saddens me to know her complexity is exclusive to the 1st anime. Then again, thatβs what makes the original anime more precious to me.

Yea, she was one of my favorites... she had a very good death scene in both the anime and the manga, I think. Although, I'd still have to say that Greed (both anime/manga) and Greedling (only in the manga) are my favorites.
I'm pretty sure that I'm going to draw her again some time... in my new and improved style (compared to this one, anyway)...
The only time I buy manga is when I want to read the series over and over... Like Hana Kimi (I just finished reading it for the fourth time, just yesterday! xD), and Mushishi... +Anima, Soul Rescue... and I want the DVDs of Ghost Hunt. xDD I can't wait to buy some of these at the next SacAnime in September!!
