Yeah, it's uncertain the future of Rune Factory. Although Neverland doesn't exist anymore, the producer could opt to hire another company to develop it. Marvelous owns the IP after all. But well, only time will tell.

You probably already know due to the recent Nintendo Direct but they are continuing the series a little bit with rf4 special and hopefully they don't cancel 5 or anything since it was announced also
