'Yes Knight?'During my first arrival at the Prydwen I met a very young looking Scribe and I thought 'Wow she's quite young than the rest of the crew'. But when I reload a save the Scribe was gone, only older female models remains.
Damn you Creation Engine! DAMN YOU!

Hah.. I didn't advanced much further after learning that there isn't any way to play the game in a peaceful/diplomatic manner that allow all factions to exist in the end. So I stop playing until such option is allowed or modded.

I myself would've liked the option in the BoS to conquer and capture the Institute rather then destroy it. Would seem like something the Minutemen or Railroad would do, but with the Brotherhood's ideology dedicated to the investment and preservation of advanced technologies, they'd probably gain more into capturing and taking control of that place rather then blowing it up. Not only would their occupation of The Institute help put a stop to their experiments and Synth production, but they'd be able to monopolize on the other technologies that they use, such as their food, water and medicine producing capabilities.
If Bethesda doesn't add that as a update, someone could mod it in. Like a mod where you could join and help the Enclave in FO3. Where with their ending their forces end up occupying The Citadel. And while I don't care for the Railroad, I feel like going out to exterminate them in the BoS campaign was way to forced, and would have been much more flexible to keep them alive.

yea so much war in the game. I really couldn't figure out a way myself to end things without totally chaos happening for at least on side.

I think this video could give you a idea or two. If you're not a fan of wiping 'almost' every faction in FO4. Only faction you'll end up taking down are the Institute.
