Usually I would ask for a complete comic script before I accept the commission. That way I can give an estimate on the number of pages, costs, and time.

man, I would totally be up for a fallout manga. I've been following one on Pixiv by a guy named Takito. It's really well made (Even though I can't read anything in Japanese) but for a fallout 3 manga, it's pretty damn good.
