As it turns out, William wasn't the only one affected by the chemical reaction.

After crushing William under her shoe, Mrs. Brown continued on her way to the school janitor's office to let him know of the "mess" that needed to be cleaned up. So he grabbed some supplies and headed to Mrs. Brown's classroom. Once, there, he encountered some of the residual solution that William had made. Not knowing what this was, he wiped it up, not using any soft of proactive gear.

A few minutes later, while cleaning around Mrs. Brown's desk, he began to feel a bit lightheaded, and fainted. When he woke up, he too shrunk down to the size of a bug, and realized that he was right in the middle of Mrs. Brown's desk. Having no other option but to wait, that's what he did.

As Mrs. Brown arrived the next morning for class, she put down her belongings and headed to the faculty kitchen to make a bowl of cereal for breakfast before the students arrived. She brought the bowl back to her classroom, and placed it on the desk, narrowly missing the shrunken janitor.

Realizing the danger he was in, the ran over to the spoon she had placed on the desk next to the bowl. Think that she would certainly see him if he were to climb onto the spoon, that's what he did. However, things didn't go according to plan.

Mrs. Brown picked up the spoon with the janitor on it, but didn't look his way for even a split second before plunging the spoon into the milk and cereal within the bowl. She then lifted the spoon back out with the tiny janitor trapped within the ring of a Cheerio. He waved and pleaded for her to see him, but she did not, as she pushed the spoon into her mouth. Her tongue then moved the cereal toward her teeth, where she began to chew. At his size, the crunching was the loudest thing that the janitor ever experienced.

Somehow, he was spared being ripped apart by the teacher's enormous teeth, but his luck quickly ran out, as with one powerful gulp, he was sent down to her rumbling stomach to meet his end.
