ENG: Lights, Neon, Color!! Since I was a kid, I always dreamed of the future and the Power Rangers were such a big part of my childhood that even today make me wonder about how the future will look. After a long time waiting, finally I've worked in a tribute to the Rangers, representing them in the future but with an almost gaudy look, typical of '80s to which I belong; super costumes, awesome light weapons (like lightsabers of a paralel universe, noble weapons) and vibrant colors, always pursued by their classic villains. I hope you enjoy this piece!

Desde que era un niño, siempre soñé con el futuro y los Power Rangers fueron una parte tan grande de mi infancia que aún hoy hacen que me pregunte acerca de cómo será el futuro. Tras mucho tiempo esperando, por fin he trabajado en un homenaje para los Rangers, representándolos en el futuro, pero con un aire casi chillón, propio de los 80 a los que pertenezco; súper trajes, armas de luz molonas (como sabes de luz de un universo paralelo, armas nobles) y colores vibrantes, siempre perseguidos por sus villanos clásicos. Espero que disfruten de esta pieza!

Espectacular rediseño, sobre todo como manejaste los visores y lograste q se vea la boca del personaje sin que quede ridiculo. La verdad que me gustan mucho mas estos diseños que los de la peli. Gran trabajo

Muchas gracias!! Estuve mucho tiempo pensando cómo hacer un diseño nuevo para los cascos y este visor con opacidad gradual me pareció una buena solución de cara a que sigan manteniendo su identidad en secreto, pero a la vez veríamos más de sus expresiones faciales. Más expresividad me parece un buen aporte a estos personajes. Me alegra muchísimo que te guste mi trabajo y me halaga que te guste más que el diseño para la nueva película

I kinda like these new designs. Especially with how only the Rangers' mouths and noses are exposed with only their eyes covered. Yeah, I'm not that too much a fan of how they would always move around whenever they talked. It always came off to me as if they had some sort of twitching problem.

I've always thought it was a little weird that they have the whole face covered because you can't see what they're expressing. This design protects their identity, but at the same time you can see if they're smiling, screaming... I think facial expression is very important for connecting with the character.
