Description
Originally 'Billy' this guy was a rough mock up of a cartoon character I was developing a while back.Eventually the project got canned and Billy was put on the scrap heap.
He is being revived only for a short period of time on DA because I liked him and want some C&C on improvements.
May move to scraps or delete depending on response.
