Interesting. Very good. Maybe it would have been better without the shoe.

too bad the shoe is in the shot. really kills the whole composition. I like the idea of it though. 100 speed was a good call, less grain.
my hat's off to catie

great shot, i like the composition
the film on here eyes remind me on something that Brian Eno wrote about photographers, something about that photographers donΒ΄t care for the here and now, they life in the future always concentrate of the imaginary picture the will hold in there hand . . . as far as i remember

oh wow this is nice. you have some really strong images here. lots of symbolism. very cool ideas youve executed here, representing the photographer. nice work.
i also like the film over her eyes, to me it says that being a photographer she doesnt see like a regular person... she sees in terms of the picture... light, contrast, composition, etc.

aphotographer should
take pictures of
what the world can became
nor what it already is..
open your eyes
real life
is outside the window
its raining.
my eyes are closed.

great concept, the way the film is wrapped around her eyes, as perhaps to say that photography its like love, it can be like love, you can be blind to some bad aspects of the sunject you're shooting and only see its beauty as a photographer would... hm...
well done...
I have no clue what a shoe has to do with photography neither, I might have my guesses but the're probably wrong..

you did what i tried to do, times one thousand.
it's totally rocking.
it's also rocking the *marcyintellect feel.
this is very cold. but very tonal with great textures.
i am a bit perplexed as to how shoes apply to photography
but i won't question you
