this took:

6+ times my dad yelled at me to sleep.

10+ textures from google [should i cite them?]
20+ groups
110+layers

I think this is my greatest work yet
the thing in the back is the fire nation symbol. but to add a touch of azula to it, i made the flamey part lightningy.

i started with her face. i LOVE drawing faces! >o<

this is basically how i start on clothing. make a solid color base, then i indicate folds with a darker color, and then i use burn and dodge tools. and then i add a texture i find online to make it look slightly more interesting.
