When I looked at the pic at first I thought this was Springer on life support (from that apparatus on the lower corner next to him). I already know Roddy is dead because of his appearance - and I thought he was just waiting for the moment his lover cast off his physical form so he could take him home. Since it's the holidays, I think I'll stick with my first interpretation.
