Well, I'm not too sure about that. The payment was just incomplete.. It's not that I don't get paid at all. 
So it's kinda feels wrong to sell it to someone else... Sorry

Then the items are yours to sell, etc. Just like if you go to the store and only pay half for an item - you need to pay full price to actually own it.
