So, I was playing DayZ for the first time. I was exploring a group of houses at night somewhere between Chernogorsk and Electrozavodsk, creeping around all sneaky-like when I see a red light a bit away. So I think that I should probably hide behind a fence or something. However, I can't move quickly enough without alerting nearby zombies so I decide to just go prone in the tall grass near the train tracks. Unfortunately the light suddenly turns and moves towards my position. About 30 meters away, two survivors get on the train-tracks and starts running my way. Are they friendly? Do they see me? I don't know and I'm scared but i keep still in the grass. As they start running they attract the attention of 3 or 4 zombies. The first survivor drops the flare on the ground about 2 meters away from me and starts shooting zombies over my head. When they are all dead, he picks up the flare again and continues towards Electrozavodsk with his friend in tow. This is when i stand up and leg it the other way.At one point I could have sworn they looked straight at me, but I still don't know if they actually saw me and let me live or if they never saw me at all. This game is intense!

should not use flares NEVER you attract other players with bad intentions, remember the night is your best friend

But we aren't really "bandits".
Once I killed a player 'cus he was tryin' to steal the weapon of mah friend and that was not funny <.< We need reasons to kill a player xDD

This game is intense indeed! Just 10mins ago I was heading to a military base hoping for some ammo for my M16. Didn't find nothing but I did find a Coyote assault backpack. I decided to switch it out (while forgeting to take my alice backpack off, losing everything inside of it >.<) so I decided to go back to town to restock, but I saw a white light. There was a survivor pointing a Remington 870 with a flashlight attached to it. He attack me first but I manage to take cover behind a tree and blew him away with what was left in my M16. He had a whole stash of loot in his backpack so I took it for myself and ran

I found an m16 in the northwest airfield once, but after searching the whole area I still had no ammo for it. While searching the last building i got disconnected from the server. Luckily, when i joined another server i spawned right on top of an ammo box with like 30 mags.

I really want to play it at the moment, but right now i'm in a bit of a situation. Im in cherno in one of those field hospitals with not a whole lot of blood left in me after running from someone with a sniper rifle. Got 2 shots in me and I need to get one of my buds to administer a blood bag for me. I'd go out and find some food to replinish it instead, but thanks to my damned rarley dropped backpack, i'm too scared to try it.

I'd offer to help as I had a bunch of cooked meat on me but I lost that character to some server crash or something. I just started with a new character next time I joined a server and i'm currently unarmed and completely lost.

i died 8 times, and 8 times of them, a other player had killed me... WTF ?! YOU BAST****!
It is exrtemly intens but not because of the zombies, its because of this BAS*ARTS... I have meet 8 Players and all of them killed me in less then 1/2 sec.
I haven't even the chance to surrender...
I would NEVER shoot at a Player, even if one of them shoots at me...
The only Time you can play is 2:00 in the morning and only on Servers with so less players as possible...
I start to thinking about deinstalling the Mod... even if it is fun, the Players are just sick psycopaths...
it is no fun any more...
so, i'm done now with flaming...

stay away from the Costcitys there are too many Bandits near the center of the South Cost is a Hospital Camp, it is a bit tricky to get the loot ther (in the 4 corner Towers) but the count of Zombys is low, ther are medicals, and Bandits normaly aren't there...
directly North of that camp is a Airfild, sometimes there re bandits, but you can find ther Backpacks, Millitairy Wapons, Medicin, Flairs, Soda and sometimes canned food, loot this airport on 3 or 5 Servers and than try to get inland:
MOST IMPORTANT!!!: Stay away from Streets ^^...

I had recently met with a group of friendlies when I spotted them first. I just want a company with them so I decide to drop my empty AK and keep closer (with lots of friendly calls) to them. It takes a long time, but they did accepted me and help them against hoard of zombies.
It's rather fun, but also feel intense. I almost felt my heart stop pumping when one of the member said my time is over... I begged for live, and they said they're kidding.

Haha xD thats awesome. Yeah this game really is intense. I haven't teamed up with anyone yet hehe, I'm a coward. I've not really had time to play it very much lately but I might play some more soon, I heard they released some pretty cool updates.

Your not the only one. One time i was near petrovka to the north where the big airfield is and i was afraid these guys would kill me they had a UAZ And UHY 1 Huey with them one of saw me then he dropped two beans and 3 flares then walked off i don't know why they spared me.
