Competitiveness was something drilled into her head at a young age, because nobody remembers who comes in second. A talented youth with gymnastic gifts, she was trained to be ready for what was going to be a long and fruitful career whether she ha wanted it or not. A praised junior gymnast with accolades piling up and murmurs of one day having a shot at the Olympics on the horizon. It all fell to pieces suddenly though thanks to her burgeoning body taking her well outside of what her coaches deemed as the ideal form to compete. Her prospects put on indefinite hold, she branched away from her parent’s dreams for her to pursue her own interests.

She set her focus on other fields where she could still make use of her acrobatics gifts. Chief among them had become dance as well as dabbling for a time in free running. While they gave way to a creative outlet for her talents, they lacked a certain something, a feeling of competition she had burned into her from her years competing. High stakes and a large stage. She needed something where her talents could shine in front of a massive audience to earn the acclaim she felt entitled to.
That field would turn out to be the world of professional wrestling. Slick moves, hard hits, and cool costumes. She was sold. Her initial foray into training camps however was met with a terrible reception. Her outspoken nature often found her targeted by larger stronger girls who would bully and beat her relentlessly behind the trainer’s backs. It was made very clear to her just how cutthroat this business was going to be but this time she wasn’t going to stand idly by and take it.
She enrolled herself in numerous combat training courses outside of her wrestling training and honed her combat prowess to the point, weaponizing all her assets in such a way to give her the edge against the competition. Slowly but surely, it all paid off when she time and time again was able to rebuff her bullies and take the fight to them until she had become the top girl to be scared of in the bunkhouse.
Next, she set to work creating a personal that spoke to her. Feline grace, bad news for her opponents… Black Cat was a bit too cliche, and taken, so she opted for a few other ones. She settled on “Sexy Hexy” for a time but it never really took. Audiences were generally confused by the idea, expecting some sort of witch or voodoo priestess gimmick. Over time though she simplified it so something shorter, more to the point, playful...

These days she is the self-styled feline fighter known simply as Jinx is all about being a bad omen to anyone who has the misfortune of facing her in the ring. An incredibly gifted acrobatic talent, with an impressive repertoire of submission moves and mixed martial artist, strikes under her belt, there is no doubt there is great potential in her. While others may be humble about their gifts, Jinx instead flaunts every little bit of it, from her skill inside the ring to the way she presents her body. Her overconfidence and stubbornness are among her greatest flaws, almost always rearing their ugly head when she's faced up against a challenging competitor. Despite her constant whining for wanting real challengers, she is more likely to scurry off with her tail between her legs when she actually faces one down.

So despite her claims of greatness and complaints about not being considered for a higher spot on the card, she prefers to be booked up against less experienced opponents where she can enjoy playing a bit of cat and mouse with her foes. This has become so commonplace, the commentators have nicknamed her "The Rookie Killer". Teasing, flirting, and getting up close and personally are among her favorite things to do, especially when it gets a reaction from her opponent, the more helpless they are when she does it, the better. She craves that level of control and longs for adoration from crowds and peers alike, getting annoyed when someone doesn't take her seriously. She has a tendency to fluster just as easily as her victims if the roles find themselves reversed. This has become a serious issue for her given she has an unspoken weakness for cute nice girls, a horrible blemish for her bad girl rep when they get the better of her in a match.

Losses are never her fault. It was the arena lighting getting in her eyes or the ring canvas being slippery, maybe even her opponent was cheating! She will never admit to her own shortcomings and is more than willing to resort to playing dirty to get the upper hand the second she can get away with it. Despite hating bullies and heels, she oftentimes act out tactics she hates having used against her onto others.
