I present to you, Dexter's goofy big sister, Dee Dee!
Drawing her head was quite a challenge, since I had to consult this drawing tutorial to get the shape of her head just right. Otherwise, the rest of her body was quite easier to draw and the entire thing was 100% drawn from scratch.

I love this as much as PPG. I don't know if it's me, but the era during Hanna-Barbara was better for Dexter's Laboratory than the Cartoon Network Studios era.
