SIC stands for Super Imaginative Chogoujin. The main idea is turning the "Human Shape Restricted" riders into something more monstrous and insectlike - Beastlike.
It also gave conceptual ideas on What If scenarios. Such as what happened if Shadow Moon did took the KingStone from Black, What happened if Ouja gained more mirror monsters and combine them into another monstrosity (I think I heard it was called GenoSurvivor... never seen it before.)... etc2.
The only one that has no SIC is Shin Kamen Rider. The creator said: That guy is scary enough.
