i see I love it!

Very slick, i would use it if my logon screen hadn't killed itself, thanks to that lame Vista Antracite pack i now have a totally corrupted Shell Style and a barely visible logon screen which wont change...

Well I don't know whether you can use it with TuneUp or not but you can use any other logon changer software (e.g. LogonStudio, LogonUIBootRandomizer) or you can use file replacer to replace the original with this one or else you can do it manually.
