Kayla and Darren walked into the quiet coffee shop on a beautiful afternoon, as Kayla had her arm wrapped into her brother’s. She wore a red sweater, along with a pair of black jeans and red sneakers. It was finally the weekend after a long week of schooling and Kayla was grateful that they could spend some time together. After a moment, they stood at the counter and ordered their warm beverages, as Darren dug the change from his pants pocket. He put the money on the counter, and the two siblings sat at one of the tables outside.

“Thank you for the coffee.” Kayla smiled, sitting across from him.

“You’re welcome.” He grinned back.

“So… how’s my strong brother doing?”

“Pretty good... wait, strong? Really?” He rolled his eyes playfully.

“Did you not bench press two hundred pounds today?” She replied, looking him in the eyes.

“Well, yeah, I did do that.”

“That’s strong in my book. Soon you’ll be stronger than Honey Bee.” Kayla winked coyly.

“I love you.” He giggled.

“I love you too buddy.” She laughed, kissing his forehead.

Kayla’s biceps protruded slightly from the material of her sweater, as Darren’s eyes moved towards the muscles. She grinned slightly and gave him a slight flex from the table. After a moment, Darren continued to move around in his chair, and Kayla stood up slowly.

“Alrighty, let’s go for a walk.” She exclaimed, holding out one of her hands for his to grab.

He obliged her, and the two of them travelled into Central Park, where they held hands, and Kayla brought him tightly into her frame. They gazed at the beautiful scenery together, as Kayla wrapped her arm protectively around his waist.

“Can we do this more often?” Darren asked, giving Kayla a serious look.

“Yeah, of course we can.”

“Okay.” He responded with a smile.

After a moment, Kayla found herself off the ground, and over her brother’s head in one motion. Her eyes went wide with shock, but quickly turned to pride, as Darren held her with both of his arms straight up, holding her up by the hip and ankle horizontally in the air. A crowd cheered, and Kayla smiled along with the act of strength. After a solid moment of Darren hoisting her above his head, he set her back down, and sighed gently. Kayla pressed her lips against his forehead, running her fingers through his dark brown hair.

“I’m sorry if I startled you.” He exclaimed quietly.

“Keep that up, and I might have to call you the world’s strongest brother.” She giggled.

“You’re not mad?”

“Of course not. Though, we might need to audition for the circus as a strongman act.”

“There’s a talent show at school soon enough…”

“Hmm, I think we’ll have to collaborate on that.” Kayla smiled, putting her hand on her chin.

“Cool!”

After a moment, Kayla flexed her bicep, and Darren mimicked her, as she fixed his posture, snapping a quick photo of him.

“Looking good Superman.” She exclaimed, winking.

He beamed with confidence, as his arm wrapped around his sister’s waist, and they continued to walk through the calm park. Kayla ran her fingers through Darren’s hair slowly, thinking up all the ways he could impress at the talent show, smiling coyly.
