No point to this one, really. I just thought it was cute.
This is actually a picture that a drew a long time ago in one of my trademark "I'm drawing so much stuff that I'm doing more than one image on each piece of paper" phases. I drew Chauncy here on the corner of the "Busty Pirate Lass" picture [link] but never colored him and eventually forgot. I found it a week or so ago and fixed it up.

It does look weird, but many smaller bat species have flat, fleshy noses like that as it helps with their echolocation. I mean, check out the noses on these guys: [link] and these cuties: [link]

I have done the exact same thing with a housefly. The trick is to put in in the freezer till it goes into a kind of lethargic shock, and then superglue ultra light fishing wire to it's stomach. *feels knowledgeble*
