Don’t try this at home, kids.
This is the first time I’ve tried to draw a geode. I think it came out okay, but I didn’t expect it to be as difficult as it was. I mean, we’re talking about a highly stylized geode inside a cartoon character’s head, so I was already starting out with some pretty odd restrictions.

I think they should probably see their doctor. The last time I checked, weird crystal deposits in the human body is not a normal occurrence.

Half beautiful geode, half Star Wars pit monster- the Sarlac, was it? (Forgive my lack of saga knowledge, but I'm sure you know what I'm speaking of: the thing in Epi. VI) Anyway, the mix seems about right for Winslow's head.
I would have thought Winslow to tend more towards pit monster, but then geodes are formed under harsh, volcanic conditions and colored by molecular impurities. Winslow's mind isn't pure, and his head has erupted or burned a few times...
