Description
I created this for Defenestration's submissions guidelines page. It was looking boring, so I decided to spice things up with a cartoon.This is how the submission process works for every literary magazine ever.

It depends. It tends to accentuate those qualities, so the good ones are awesome, and the bad ones are just plain awful.
