Personality:

Akane is like a big sister to everyone younger. She is sweet and caring but mostly in charge of things, since she is the Student Body President and she can plan ahead. She will find a way to know people's moves and can manipulate them into doing so. She doesn't really care for most people, but acts like she does. Akane can be sassy but overly kind.

She has a two-faced personality, and "too nice to be true"

- She is a singer and guitarist in their school band, which is another main reason she stops by with Monika's Literature Club is to help her write more songs and give her more knowledge of song / lyric writing.

Likes:
Having alone time but still she is always seen around people, loves how people come to her for anything and makes her feel more powerful, how people are pulled to her or look up to her, giving help even if it's not needed, tea and chocolate cake

Dislikes:
People misbehaving or not acting out, people touching her, when plan backfires, feeling cold and weak

Summarized Backstory of her Character File:

Akane is actually/originally a character from Yuri's book, "Project Libitina" / unknown game, where she was along path with girls who have special abilities that are being tested, experimented and tortured. She was sent to stop Monika in Doki Doki, to fetch her for her game so she would be also experimented. But When she arrived, she found out that the game was a safe haven from her painful previous life and she would let the game continue and be happy in it instead. Another reason why she hasn't done anything to the game "to save the girls" is to stay in their world and play it around, especially that she wouldn't die and would forever stay young. Akane hopes to find a way to have the same power as Monika since she is the student body president and she works along side with her.

"Abilities" and "Glitching" from the game:

- Is self aware like Monika (but not as powerful as her, but possibly still finding a way). Akane's own script/codes were protectively blocked from Monika just because she is from another game. Monika doesn't know this and couldn't do anything to "control her" but instead works alongside with her.

- Since her position is student body president, she could have the ability to control over all characters' script/coding (and not only the ones who are in the Literature Club) but the entire school they are in. However, she does not touch them or messed up with the game files not like what Monika does. All she wanted is to be in the game live a normal happy life and not like in her previous life she was in.

- However DDLC game doesn't actually guarantee her safety/character file. If you finally play the game and picked her secret route, you will be lead to a real life disturbing video of //what must be her in her previous life??// a girl shown only some part of her wounded legs running while, talking in a real voice, trying to talk to you.

[at this moment she was telling you to shut down the computer, especially that your PC has froze and no matter what you click or type in your keyboard, the video keeps playing]

If you don't shut down your PC, the video will keep playing and it will lead to sounds of dog biting and the girl dies.

After the video is done playing, you will be lead to the Main Menu, and Arcane isn't seen anymore nowhere with the girls.

However, if you were able shut down your computer before that dog biting and dying scene happens. Akane was saved and you will see her back again in the DDLC Main Menu when you start the game again.

This "glitch" will happen when you choose her route or sometimes, it actually happens in random moments, when Monika starts to tamper the game.
