Nope. The anime has Japanese origins. So the name is Japanese. In Japanese it's οΎο½³οΎο½§ο½² which is read Rivai. Revi or Rivaille are an interpretations of people who don't know that. Also, there is another HUGE mistake in the subbed anime. It's Attack OF Titans, not Attack ON Titans. It's a grammar thing. I can explain it if you want.
