My first Tutorial: creating gradient lines in Paint Tool Sai
I can't remember where I first saw pictures with those kind of colored lines, but I thought they were cool, but I couldn't find any good tutorials on them except for a rather vague youtube video on something creating a gradient overlay.

So, after i figured it out, I decided I'd make my own tutorial.
