Very lovely concept and colours.
I'd say the main problem here is the discrepancy between background and character. The woman is rendered very nicely, with pretty sharp and clear lines, while the background is very rough and blurry. At least the parts of the background that are closer to the viewer should be rendered to a similar extent as the character, otherwise the character won't appear to be part of its surroundings. Use harder brushes, add more details and definition to the close background.
Considering the mystical cosmic background, it might also help to create higher contrast in order to get a clearer light source. If you then also add more highlights on the character to counteract the flat shading, you would end up with much more intense atmosphere.
You've definitely done a great job with the character design though!

Thank you on feedback, it surely helps. I did fixed it a bit but I think this piece is not over yet.
I'm glad u like my character design, it was kinda my first priority backgrounds are pain for me and I know I should work more on it (:
