Really like the render technique. Is that paintover or did you get that look from matcaps?

Its a mixture of 5-6 matcaps, the metal and sketch ones come useful and for colouring, its paintover in PS.

I really like it, how much of it was a paintover in PS? It reminds me of Oliver Thill and his shaders but taken to another level!

I'd say maybe 20-25% of it was PS but mainly it was colouring and some small detail work, such as symbols and scratches.
I havent seen Oilver Thill work, but i'll take a look!

Ah yes, that's excellent. Oliver is all over zbrush central and a lot of his shaders are used for a comic effect. If only I could get them to work as well as he does and for that matter as well as you!
