Description the main reason why i going for the exhibition. The gun's condition wasn't considered good but it was the best and smoothest working gun on the rack, the chroming was still there, the guts worked not bad and the bolt was smooth as heck. Despite that some minor parts have corrosion signs and have chipped off, the wood was cracked or chipped away and the mag wobbles but not that bad, considered this gun was used by the guerillas in harsh tropic jungle condition and saw action fighting with the government force and the age of the gun, the condition like this was expected......and the others like the rest, homemade or factory made guns that displayed around the AK, was either deactivated, too fucked up or missing some parts and not working.

This is an interesting example of a type 2 milled AK I presume from the early 50s. It was once owned by ex- Malayan communist guerilla, probably given by the soviets or some communist government as aid. This particular rifle was captured from the guerillas in the forest of Perak at 18 February of 1973. And was kept by the government ever since.

the rifle itself was in rough condition, but it was functional and the internals are seemed to be good. And according to the soldier who was incharge of the booth, it wasn't being de-activated which sounds good.

that little Mauser Broomhandle in the corner looks...off...possibly a Hanyang C.96, or Shanxi Type 17?

nope, it's an original c96 made by Mauser in orbendorf, not a Chinese knockoff.
