the angels of the mouth arnt rlly realistic, maybe strange modeled, the hairs are absolutely low, srsly. i can see the polygons. it would be better to add the hairs in a serious 3d program i guess u used poser, maybe u should give more details about your work/process.
i can see every polygon of the hair and see that its jsut made with an alpha map. Hair has no volumen. the brows should have same color like hairs then, and the haircolor is kinda strong. should be more reflective n stuff.
the tattoo is nice even the idea is nice too. just the production is kinda bad.
and some logical failures like that thing on the hairs (dont know the engl expression for this, mini mouse had it too u know what i mean) i dont see that it is fixed somewhere it does just float in the air. hairs must be thicker there u know.
some stuff u can make better:

u know skin has the effect to absorb light so the skin looks a bit transparent its callad subsurface scattering. that u can/must use on the ears. the ears look like plastic. on that thin skin it msut be a bit illuminated.

taht effect u can paint because i dont think your 3d prog supports this. its easy done in postwork.
the skin texture is rlly good! i miss jsut the small details!

Thanks, I have to agree with most things you said. I don't have a powerful enough machine to do most of what you talked about, I only have a Core Duo Dell Laptop. You must agree for the machine I used to make this it is done well, if I had access to Pixars render engine I could to these things you say. Good luck.

no u need jsut c4d. it runs even on single cores or blender.
but for beginners c4d is best one.
realistic hairs are easily done and gies fast. realistic skin effects can be made in photoshop and on c4d it can made with low pc as well. maybe u work on teh wrong programs
