Description
This concept is basically a city along the water above the tree tops where its inhabitants can fly so no need for stairs and elevators in their architecture. I wanted this piece to be colorful and blur the lines between man made objects and nature from the architecture to the wings on the girl.I have had this idea for awhile and just now getting around to actually doing it. I enjoyed this concepts as I love thinking of new architecture. Hope you enjoy it. Some progress shots are found here [link]

I wish game worlds had this much creativity in them. All we've got now are ruined cities and stuff.

well that is the goal to do environment concepts for games and film. I am now starting getting my foot in doing some modeling for some game backgrounds so wait maybe in future you can have game environments than ruin cities because I am sick of seeing it too.

Thank you very much. I wanted the girls wings to look almost mechanical constructed but organic in material to continue that idea of blurring the lines of man made and natural made objects. The colors came as I like the color orange and I guess I just felt a bit groovy that day.

very nice design on them tree houses, I'm just not sure about that white light, lens flare effect. I think it would have been nice just to keep that orange purple tone around that area, so it would seem more beautiful and calm. Other than that its great.
