effect:
Activate only if you control a "Codebreaker" Link Monster. During your End Phase, if you control no "Codebreaker" Link Monsters, destroy this card. Your opponent's monsters that are not linked to a "Codebreaker" monster cannot attack. If your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster, and is now linked to a "Codebreaker" monster: You can activate this effect; if that opponent's monster destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the GY this turn, send this card on the field to the GY, then inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's original ATK.
