effect:
If a Link Monster this card points to battles, its ATK becomes double its current ATK during damage calculation only. When this card leaves the field while it points to a monster(s), destroy all those monsters. You can only control 1 "Judgment Arrows" in your Spell & Trap Zones a Link Monster points to.

Here's a thought, KoMoney:
After Vrains, make a series where all monster cards are deemed illegal on a sector security level, and only spells and traps are permitted. That will show us you can actually listen. Who knows, maybe you'll make something with a soul again.

I'd argue that Link Synchros (and other Extra Deck cards) would be perfectly acceptable; they would just have arrows and have effects pertaining to where they point. Pendulums don't point anywhere iirc

maybe it'll ease extra deck summoning. here's an idea-
basically monster reborn but it has a link arrow right above it and it can summon an extra deck monster to the zone it points to
