If you Synchro Summon this card, all materials must be the same Attribute. Once per turn, if you have 4 or more Tuners with different names in your GY and control this Synchro Summoned card: You can pay half your LP; destroy all other cards on the field, also, you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except Dragon monsters. Once per turn, during your End Phase: Banish 4 cards from the top of your Deck.

I actually find this good in Metaphys Deck due to the banishing effect. And the Metaphys like being banished.

Sweet goodness, everyone's bugging over the "4 Tuners with different names in the GY" effect.
Like, did the Ghost Girls and Effect Veiler wink out of existence when I wasn't looking?
Do think Blue-Eyes could possibly break this though, through the judicious usage of Arkbrave Dragon-summon that, bait the backrow, tune with one of your many Spellcaster/Dragon Tuners into this, blow the field up, summon Alternative White Dragons, pwn face.
Also, your opponent better pray you didn't activate Return of the Dragon Lords with this.

OG JD is restricted to lightsworns (because of its summoning condition). This is limited to decks that can put out a tuner and a non-tuner (s) with the same attribute. I would rather have this rather than OD JG as far as genericness is concerned.

And for the other Decks that aren't Lightsworns?
I mentioned Blue-Eyes for a reason- this hits everything and sticks around in a way the other two generic destruction-centric Synchros (Black Rose and Red Dragon Archfiend Scarlight) don't, in a way, that Blue-Eyes (and now that I think of it, Metaphys with Lightray Grepher (don't judge me that unbricks hands)) doesn't, especially considering its the backline that gets in my craw in the mid-game.
tl;dr: There are some places Judgment cant go. For everything else, there's Seraphic Dragon.

Honestly, I don't mind it, although I don't understand why JD got a retrain. The other dragons are based on dragons on the banlist in some way (3 limited and 1 banned), so why JD. I guess you could argue its limited to lightsworns, and I could agree with you, maybe. Tbh, for the lvl 8 synchro tool box (as one were to say) having a semi-generic synchro that could nuke the field is pretty good. Although its more of a late game card assuming you didn't get 4 different tuners in the grave. And if it accounts for anything, it can be brought out by Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon

I'd say its more obsolete because of how versatile the Level 8 synchros are. But it is nice to have a semi-generic field nuke that's a level 8 and doesn't destroy itself in the process (I'm referring to Black Rose Dragon).

Honestly, all of these new dragons disappointed me. They're so underwhelming. The only one I'd use in ... anything is the new Chaos Emperor Dragon, but only for its pendulum effect to get back resources in Chaos Dragons. Other than that, they're only good as collectors items if you ask me.
I hate when amazing artworks go to waste on cards with subpar effects.

Yeah, if it didn't require using only DRAGONS as its fusion materials to use the effect. Not every deck can use it to its fullest potential.

I'd agree if you didn't have to use only dragons to be able to use its effect. I wouldn't use it in anything to be honest. You're better off using those three dragons as link material in most cases.
