Kaiju and Danger! maybe in the same world, but doubtful on Spyral. I'm saying Perpetua's picture looks like it have the man and woman from the locket on Revendread Origin.

It depends on what method of time travel you subscribe to. Like the time travel in dbz is more like going back in time, but to changing anything there won't effect your timeline. So maybe this is a timeline, without the vendread virus, or before it, and redoer/winder saved the young girl.

Perhaps the eclipse can trigger the Virus, and I'm saying the image in Start-up's art with Perpetua's family and the locket from Revendread Origin there might, MIGHT!, be a link to the Vendread virus.

Ah, hah, but the "him" I am referring to is a specific Time Thief Xyz monster that will acquire the use of whatever ability he wants to use upon the 3 cards being attached to him.

To be fair, you have to get all 3 cards in the graveyard first. The Spell is easy, the Monster you could probably Link away, but the Trap? Not unless you have Foolish Burial Goods.

There are ways to search out the trap (summon winder for instance), where you can... you know, use it.
Plus they may make more "Time thief" Trap cards in this set as well.
