Description
Seen here at Doncaster station, Flying Scotsman is making a spirited departure after taking on water after the water truck broke down in the south yard. Ex-EWS driving instructor David Court is seen in the driving seat of 4472. She had an extremely good run across the Trent valley (the line from Little Bytham all the way to Doncaster) and did a Silver Link by running at 75 miles per hour for 45 miles.Related content
