Would YOU wanna be shot in the chest by something you didn't even know? No. And the only food around was the sheep in the farmers yard, which are very easy to pick off. Then you would go for them too.

Every Animal for it self. Also Some dude told my that the deer and elk population was going down.. Idk If it's true but.. yea.. Also The sheep are Easy pickings. That's another reason for there not hunting elk and deer habits.

You do realize that without the wolf harvest, the wolf population (which is already stable IN THE WILD) will skyrocket, causing mass inbreeding which will lead to genetic defects.
Not to mention, with too many wolves will cause them to venture into human-inhabited areas and cause damages in the livestock industry as well as be a public danger to pets and people.

Actully, there are cases where healthy, wild wolves killed humans because they thought of them as prey. In modern times, they are rare though. But wolves are predators, and are dangerous. Its just a fact.Β

I am by no means a wolf hater, but what's the point in denying it? Wolf are able, and have, attacked people. So do tigers, sharks, lions, bears, crocodiles and leopards. I frankly don't see what the big deal about wolves attacking people is. Wolves can kill people, end of story. It doesn't make them less awesome or anything.

For fun I agree. But if wolves are basicly ruining your farm, and you've already tried everything else, it only seems logical that you would kill a few wolves as a warning. It happens with foxes and cyotes too. So why would wolves be any differant?
Besides, I support hunting for Regulation for the wolf population or the elamantion of maneater wolves.

That's because fences don't actully work most of the time. What exactly stops a wolf from jumping over it, or digging underneath it?
Besides, that wasn't my question. My question was: Why deny that wolves never attack people? Its very obvious they are fully capable, and have been, attacking humans? There are cases of Humans being killed by wolves for prey known, so its very odd everyone Keeps denying it, JUST because they like the animal. My favorite animal is the Leopard, but it would be silly to deny Leopards never attack or eat people.Β
Besides, I don't see wolves get so many 'DON'T SHOOT THEM' privileges when it come's to manhunting. If a tiger, Leopard or crocodile become' an extreme man-Eater, its usually put down. Why are wolves so differant then?Β

Second, the elk population (which is the wolves's main source of food) is being depleted, a word you probably dont know which means lowering or dying off, is being killed off by over-hunting by wolves which is also a major source of food for animals like mountain lions and people who live in the more rural areas of the county and rely on them for food.

Stereotypes on an animal that will not think twice about ripping your face off. Please, do go into the wild, become acquainted with a wolf. Then when you are in ICU come and tell us how wolves are just so kind, and not dangerous. Hate to tell you, but I lived in Russia for a period of time, while I was there my next door neighbors five year old son was dragged from her backyard, and mutilated. If that's not dangerous than I don't know what the hell is. A fucking child was killed for no reason other than hunger by these "kind" creatures. If their population is not kept in check than this will happen more, and more. Not to mention mange and other serrious diseases which will spread rapidly amongst the species, and other species.
If you can't respect death, and you can in no way respect the life they lived.
